This is a reminder that the deadline for completing both surveys is Friday 11 June, 2021.

You can access the surveys by going to My Account > Surveys on the Early Years Hive.

Please see the announcement posted on 28 May for more information and you will also find a guideline document available under the ‘Annual Early Years’ Service Profile’ heading in the Useful Links section of Hive.

If you experience any difficulties accessing or completing either survey, please log a request through the Early Years Hive using the following categories:
