Full time position for Preschool room leader (ECCE room) in a busy creche in Portlaoise.

Minimum qualifications in level 7 or 8 in Childcare or relevant according to DCEDI. Experience in a similar position with knowledge of Aistear and Siolta would be a bonus.

The successful candidate ideally would be fun loving, kind and warm with a love for caring for and educating children. They would have good communications skills for interacting with children and parents.

The successful candidate will be working as a preschool room leader with two other preschool teachers in a class of 20/22 children in morning (8:30 -11:30) and afternoon (12:30 -3:30) sessions with additional time provided for noncontact job duties.
